All of our Habitual Calm essential oils are proudly made in New Zealand.

Are there any synthetic ingredients in the Habitual Calm oils?
No - Habitual Calm aromatherapy rollers contain only natural essential oils.


What age group is suitable for the rollers?
We recommend our rollers are not used on children under two years of age. Please ensure you perform a patch test prior to applying across the skin.


Can the rollers be used together?
Absolutely, blend Sleepyhead and Calm for a great bedtime routine for your little ones - they are designed to work together to boost calmness and induce sleep.
Our energy blend 'Superhero' is also great to use with 'Sunshine' (our happy blend) to boost confidence, mood and maintain energy levels to tackle those busy days.


How do I apply the oils on my child?
Apply every 3 hours onto temples, insides of wrists, ankles and behind the ears.
